There is a brief slide show up over at The Good Feast from my visit to the Hubig’s Pie factory in New Orleans. A full article about the visit and the pies is going to run in the April issue of Country Roads. I love factories and assembly lines and I also love pie so it was a real treat to get to see inside their operation.
