Back from Florida. 12 hours in the car, about 20 waking hours there. One delicious grouper sandwich. Lots of quality time with mom. A few chances to put some of my more unusual lens through their paces. For instance, can you make an aspherical lens flair with a polarizer? How crisp is a cheap, Ukrainian super-wide at f/22? Etc. Fun little trip, glad to be home. Off to Mississippi to do some real shooting before the end of the week.
