I recently made a lighting trip up to Pennsylvania. It was a quick turn around. My brother picked me up at the airport onThursday and the following morning we got into his car and drove the 1,200 miles back to Louisiana. The weather was bad, either hot or wet, and I didn’t get a chance to shoot much.
But, we did take a short walk around the campus of The Hill School where he teaches. I didn’t get much in the way of photos there either in spite of the fact that it is a beautiful, Hogwarts-like, campus. Directly behind his apartment (and the dorm he watches over) is one of the school’s older buildings. It was originally the arts and music building and still houses some of those classes today. My paucity of shots befits the short length of the trip, but I am kind of fond of this one all the same. I like roof lines and weather vanes. Another reason to remember to always look up. This is also a good way to avoid being crushed by falling space junk.
